This update mainly updated the results of World Masters Athletics Championships Indoor in Gainsville, the USA and the submission of the records claim in respect of Taiwan Masters Meets in Spring 2025. .
This edition should be the last piece of HK Masters Athletics Records (the "HKMAR") handled by the administrator of this blog. The ownership the HKMAR will then be passed to HKMAC Club, the organizer of the Hong Kong Masters Athletics Championships. HKMAC Club will announce in due course the eligibility criteria of records submission for competitions held on or after 1 May 2025. Any correction requests must be submitted by noon of 9th August 2025 (Saturday) to hkmastersrecords@gmail.com. Any late submission will not be entertained.
As advised by HKMAC Club, they shall recognise the results of the track and field and road races events of World Masters Games held in Taipei City and New Taipei City in May 2025 ("WMG2025"). As a transition arrangement, if you believe that you have created a new HKMAR in WMG2025,
1) please fill in the Google form below, and
2) Send the following screencap to e-mail hkmastersrecords@gmail.com
- Your WMG accreditation card (if you still keep it showing your nationality)
- Your events results screencap from the official website (in the event that the results website of WMG is closed down).
HKMAC Club shall reserve the rights to request for further information and shall have the final decision whether your application will be accepted.
